We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can support our client with the workflow improvement plan and process excellence.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the planning & implementation of all operations management.

  • Support the development and execution of office baseline management plans.

  • Assist with documenting and developing office operational efficiencies.

  • Other Ad-Hoc assignments



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Technical Capacity

  • Business Acumen

  • Ability to understand complex business principles

  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
